DRIK And DWARAKA - Initiatives of DRRT
We Came Together to Make a Difference
DRIK transforms learning through an innovative and inclusive rights based curriculum developed exclusively for the children and youth of indigent communities.
DRRT works in urban poor and rural communities organizing them towards transformation and the right to live with dignity and security in society, building up infrastructure and empowering people for change.
DWARAKA revived the Indian heritage art form of
hand-painted Kalamkari in Srikalahasti region of Southern India in 1998. Empowering women, a radical transformation began to take place in indigent communities. Change became a reality in the villages.
